Mediation & Conflict Resolution / De-escalation

Kumbé practitioners are trained & certified in various de-escalation and conflict resolution strategies rooted in evidence based practices. We use Circle Process, Adaptive learning, and Non-Violent communication methods to move from conflict towards transformation and healing. We offer various tool and frameworks such as the Equity Empowerment Tool, based on the Critical Pedagogy Framework of developing individual responsibility within a social context.
